1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

  • High-volume periods (such as sales or holidays) may experience slight delays, and we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping 2 – 4 Business Days Calculated at checkout

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number(s).

  • The tracking information is usually updated and active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Ilyvium is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • Ilyvium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take photos, and contact our support team immediately at support@ilyvium.com.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.
